Condition Report  The hallmarks are to the right of the hinge, it is also part marked with maker and lion passant within the lid and with maker's mark only to the underside, overall in good condition. See addition images for close up of the marks.

The hallmark date letter is not an O, it could possibly be 1744, 1746 or 1753, only the bottom part of the letter is clear
