The arched case finely engraved all over, with bevelled glass panel and silvered engraved dial, blued steel trefoil hands, the back stamped to the inside 3034, with a strut support and hinged cover to adjust the balance, the movement with large frontplate, the balance, escape wheel and intermediate wheels all with their own cocks, the large barrel with its own large plate, the base with rotating foot and engraved to one edge Grohé No 2484, in its fitted velvet-lined leather glazed case

Condition Report
The timepiece is in good original condition. The movement functions and ticks strongly. There is a key. One bezel nut on the front is missing whilst two of the brass securing screws from the back have been replaced by steel screws. The push piece on the case is broken.
