The gorge case with folding handle and push/repeat, with five bevelled glass panels, with white enamel dial, blued steel hands and subsidiary for the alarm, the high-quality Swiss platform with damascened decoration, bi-metallic balance, over-sprung coil and in-line club-tooth lever escapement, all with jewelled endstones, striking and repeating the hours, via a squirrel cage on four blued steel gongs, the twin train movement detailed Tiffany & Co, Paris, No 3145, with alarm train, the base with strike selector, hours & quarters/ quarters only/ silent, in a red Morocco leather case

Condition report
The case has been regilded. The movement is ticking with a good action. Some fingerprints on platform. It chimes and strikes the quarters and may be out of sync. It is a bit sluggish, so perhaps would benefit from a service.
