ROYAL INTEREST: A VICTORIAN 18CT GOLD, DIAMOND AND ENAMEL COMMEMORATIVE LOCKET

Of oval form, the cover applied with the badge of the Order of the Star of India and crossed sword and sceptre, the centre of the star set with an old mine cut diamond, with enamel motto 'Heavens light our guide', the reverse with an applied monogram and inscription 'Reception of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales 1876', the bale marked 18, suspended from a red ribbon applied with the Prince of Wales's feathers motif, the interior of the locket with two glazed compartments one with a portrait of Edward VII
