Bidding ended. Lot is unsold.

Condition report:

Overall, there are various old losses to the gilt composition applied to the sides. Some significant areas of loss are to the upper left corner (visible in the photograph). Part of this is attached with the lot, but some elements are missing. See image. Other losses in areas.

Central element between the Ho Ho birds seems to be missing a part. Other smaller losses in areas, such as the lower right hand side. One bird with losses to the neck. The decorative scroll on the right side is also badly repaired.

Mirror plate is in relatively good condition. Some foxing and blooming  visible to the bottom edge.

Other inevitable cracks and small chips to the frame.  A few marks and scratches to the glass commensurate with wear, use and age.
