Condition report:

Chips to marble, wear and tarnishing to the gilding, bell later replaced and does not fit correctly, movement runs when wound.  Spare holes in backplate and a rectangular cut-out indicating the original escapement was replaced to a platform escapement and has now been reconverted back to pendulum.
