The sapphires are of medium colour saturation, it is possible that they have been treated to enhance colour, the diamonds look to be attractive white stones and reasonably clear, the top fittings have been altered and the detachable clips to the posts do not match, one looks to be white gold and the other silver. Width of earring 2cm, taken from top scroll fitting.
