Condition report:
Lacquering to the brass has worn off / rubbed off possibly from cleaning, around the tops and in other areas there is some discolouration, rubbing and the odd spot of oxidisation.
Glass dirty, scuffed and worn. The smallest top with a corner chip.
Legs are hollow.
Late 20th Century probably.
