A SET OF SIX 18TH CENTURY LATER BLEACHED BEECH FRAMED OPEN ARMCHAIRS (6)

Condition report: 

Various old repairs in places, including to the joints where the arms meet the oval backs and to shrinkage of the top crest. Wear, loss of some detail and shrinkage to joints, commensurate with age. 

One chair frame with a break to the back - see extra images. Another with a split and a further loose element to the front of the carved crest to the top rail. 

Otherwise most chairs are relatively sturdy. Some repegging to the arms to secure. 

Other small chips and losses commensurate with use and age, including to the feet and details of the legs. 

Seat covers with some marks and staining. A few spots of paint.
