Surmounted by a twin-handled urn painted with cherubs, the twin train movement striking on a bell and stamped G.V, in the Louis XV style, 30cm high x 31cm wide, with a pendulum.
Condition report:
The case - in good order considering age and use.
Rubbing to the gilding, as to be expected. One front foot bent.
The dial - light rub bing as to be expected.
The movement - later frost glass cover to door, looks to be ok, but a qualified clock specialist needs examine it and there is no guarantee of it’s working order.
