Condition report:
As to be expected repairs in some areas and losses. This list is not exhaustive but the most obvious as follows:
Various elements lacking, including the red king’s cross finial, an element from the red queen’s arm and a chip to the back of her crown. Two flags to the rooks. Losses to red pawn’s guns, four or so white pawn’s with missing swords.
Various old repairs including, the white king with old glue repairs to the flag, which is also carved with a character mark. The two white elephant rook’s with ink character marks to the undersides. Mahout to the red rook is associated.
Some rubbing to the stained side. Possibly some smaller repairs, including one old one to the end of a gun on the red side.
Dirt and dust, minor shrinkage in some areas as to be expected.
Stand with rubbing and dirt to areas, as to be expected.
