Condition report;
Overall the miniature appears quite white and washed out (possibly faded), no sign of any restoration under UV light, some dust and hairs resting beneath glass, there is a gap between the ivory and the frame at the top, frame appears to be in good order with crisp chasing.

Lewis Gilbert (d.2018), the celebrated film director, producer and screenwriter, best known for his 007 James Bond movies and Alfie.
