Condition report:
The central section with inscription carved to the frieze ‘The Gates of A City of Sleeping Kings’. The one bottom side section with hinged lift up cupboard below the glazed doors. Each side section with 5 shelves, one with missing supporting rail. The central section with six shelves. One shelf is split in two.
A few losses including: corner section of the stepped cornice to the left side section missing; top section of side cornicing missing from the right section side return and a stepped section of moulding to the other side of the same. See photographs.
One key present. Lock plates look to be replacements; slightly ill-fitting.
Dirt and dust, minor scuffs and scratches and wear commensurate with age and use.
