Condition report
Canvas reclined. Traces of craquelure throughout, stable; one small surface abrasion, upper left; traces of an uneven varnish. Ultraviolet light reveals traces of retouching to sky, some further to figures; varnish prevents a conclusive reading. Held in a later plaster gilt frame in fair condition.
