A gold mounted varicoloured agate bracelet

In a faceted baton shaped link design, with a padlock shaped clasp, fitted with a safety chain, probably Scottish

Condition report: 

The connecting links are not properly closed up, they are currently open. The back of the clasp is lacking an agate  hardstone panel. Estimated length of bracelet in view of safety chain is 17.4cm. Clasp closes tightly. Some of the gold caps have been remounted to the agate links. 

Suggested age - last quarter of the 19th Century. 

Gross weight - 32grams. 

Suggested grade of gold - approx 9ct. 

Agates have one or two minor chips to facet edges.
