blue Daoguang seal mark and probably of the period
painted on the exterior with branches of fruiting peach, pomegranate and gourds beneath a border of classic scroll, the interior painted with further a sprig of peaches, 15.25cm diameter
Provenance: Count H. Brockenhuus-Schack, acquired in Shanghai in the 1930's and thence by descent
