A set of eight George III fruitwood framed square stick back armchairs

Condition report:

Overall, in good condition considering age and use. 

As to be expected some repairs in areas, notably the re-pegging of the arms to the carvers and some side rails to others. Some corner blocks renewed to support the drop-in seats. Some worm in areas (see extra photograph) to a few chairs.   Some wear to feet on some, as to be expected. 

Otherwise, general scuffs, dents and marks, together with some minor shrinkage between joins, commensurate with age and use.  

Dirt and dust to seats. 

Overall, would benefit from a general tidying and reinforcement to some joints.
