Condition report: 

Overall wear and tear commensurate with age and use. 

Some shrinkage cracks to the panelled doors. 

Scuffs, scratches and marks to the top where the upper doors have swung out. 

The one door with hinge repairs, which require tidying and improving. 

Enclosing two shelves, one of which is split. 

Evidence of worm, with various holes. 

One small section of moulding missing to the front corner of the base plinth.
