A Gustavian polychrome painted sofa

Condition report:

Paintwork scuffed and scratched overall, with much of the pine exposed. Some variation in colour from cream and blue-grey paint. General wear, chips, scuffs, dirt and some minor shrinkage commensurate with age and use

Hinged back, dropping back down.

A few traces of old wood worm, mostly evident to the back sides, although very minor. 

Missing applied patera to the seat back and possible others replaced. 

The cushion seat filthy with tears to cotton covering. Replacement internal rails and pine plank base.
