Original canvas which has been stapled to the stretcher at various points; Scattered areas of craquelure throughout the paint surface, some areas of separation; scattered flecks of surface dirt; no sign of retouching under ultraviolet light; held in a painted wooden frame with canvas surround, dirty with old marks and scratches.
