We can confirm that the watch is working, that the subsidiary seconds dial has a hand, there is no centre seconds hand. Some loss of luminous paint to the hour hand near to the centre of the dial, dial otherwise is in good condition. Case front and sides have soem degree of corrosion and on the edges particularly, it is showing down to brass. The dial cover has been replaced
