The principal central pearl measuring 7.5-8mm, with an ornate surround of old cut diamonds, all with mille grain edging (total diamond weight 1.50-1.75 carats), in platinum, with pin and hook brooch fitting, brooch measures 6.5x1.3cm, gross weight 9.6 grams.
