Condition Report; the watch is not currently working, it looks as though the main spring is broken, the balance wheel is free, there are numerous scuff and scratch marks at the opening point of the inner case, exterior case in good condition, would benefit from a polish, hands in good condition, haircrack to dial, watch case diameter 6.7cm. Cases will close, but are tight to re-open. Height 12cm. The back of the case has a supporting strut, the hinge is a little weak and the material, which would have originally been velvet is coming away in parts and is rather worn towards the lower feet and at the back
Silver fronted travelling case; velvet very worn, one or two shallow dents to the silver mount, hallmark a bit rubbed, maker's mark William Comyns, strut at back and hinge of caseback slightly wobbly, generally a bit tired when viewed from the back
