Condition report:
This has been restored. Various obvious missing elements including some of the moulding. The hinges have been replaced and the metal work. New feet have been added. Other veneer replacements and various shrinkage cracks and lifting.
Probably the mirror plates are replacements.
Best to seek the advise of a restorer to discuss polishing requirements.
