Depicting a swan, eagle and heron, one with the monogram L.E.R and dated 1865, the other with a date, all mounted in parcel gilt walnut oval frames reduced from a larger screen, 88cm high

Provenance:

Acquired by the vendor's Grandfather, George Blizard, who was the chauffeur / engineer to the Rothschild family, who lived at Aston Clinton. 

By repute, these panels formed part of a larger screen that was purchased when the house was sold by the Rothschild family in 1923. Thence by descent.
