Condition report:
The top has been restored at some point, cleaned and repolished - with a slightly orange finished tone - where some of the varnish has also discoloured in area. Two old repaired shrinkage splits are evident to the left side, see images.
There’s a fresher scratch running to the centre - see additional images. Other older scuffs, dents and scratches commensurate with use and age.
Other chipping and scuffing to the gilt wood areas, commensurate with use and age. No other obvious damages and apparent repairs.
