Probably originally feet from a larger work of art, with brass / alloy pegs to the top - now with verdi gris.
Various small inevitable scuffs, scratches and very minor small chips to the exposed edges in ares, dirt and dust commensurate with wear, use and age.
Good be adapted to form lamp bases, for example.
