A FRAMED GROUP OF THIRTY-SIX ITALIAN PLASTER INTAGLIO IMPRESSIONS

Depicting various Classical subjects and portraits, numbered to the paper borders, mounted in a later mahogany reeded frame with paper trade label to the reverse ‘C Rowell & Co., Limited, Picture Framers, Carvers and Gilders, And Dealers in Works of Art, etc.’ 

Condition report: 

The medallions / intaglios are in relatively good order. One is loose and requires regluing to the back. Some features are very slightly bruised on some of the impressions. General dirt and dust. 

The back of the case is a little loose. Some treats to the paper backing along the top corner sides. 

Frame measures 34 cm x 25 cm.
