Condition report:
Structurally sound. Scuffs and marks to the back of the chair frame where it has been against a wall. Historic scuff to one arm. Variation in colour throughout frame, particularly where it has been in contact with the cushion or on the arms. Stool has residue from a sticker on the frame and similar knocks and colour variation.
