In a Corniche case with pivoted handle above an oval bevelled glass, the silvered dial surround with a thermometer to each side, one with mercury tube reading Reaumur, the other with red spirit reading Centigrade, the white enamel clock dial between with finely cut fleur-de-lys hands, and a silvered aneroid barometer scale below, the twin train movement with original gilt platform lever escapement, striking the hour and half on a blued steel gong, the backplate with cachet mark LS between a palm frond

The case is in very good restored condition. It has been re-gilt. No damage to the glasses. The clock ticks, strikes and repeats. There is a modern brass double-ended key.
