CONDITION REPORT

The end of the tube is fitted with a plug.  There is insufficient mercury for it to operate.

The edges of the panel have rust stains, some losses to the enamel and the lower securing lug is rusted off and lost.  There is an enamel loss between 130 and 140 on the left edge and another at the top on the right edge.  Some nibbling also around the side edges.
