The bell top case with knopped brass handle and four cone finials, above glazed door, flanked to each side by a wooden fret and glazed panel, on stepped base and block feet, the 6 ¾ in. brass dial with pierced spandrels, strike/silent in the arch, above silvered chapter ring with fleur-de-lys half-markers, enclosing a matted centre with signature escutcheon between the winding holes, false pendulum and calendar aperture, blued steel pierced hands, the twin train wire gut fusée movement with verge escapement, foliate engraved backplate, repeating the quarters on six bells and striking and repeating the hours on a larger bell
