The bell top case with brass carrying handle and four cone finials, above a glazed door, the sides each with a glazed roundel above brass grille panel, on a stepped base and brass bracket feet, 8 in. arched brass dial with oval painted signature escutcheon between two subsidiaries for regulation and strike/silent, pierced brass finials, white painted chapter ring, pierced blued steel hands, matted centre and calendar aperture, the three train chain fusée movement with foliate engraved backplate, chiming the quarters on a carillon of eight bells and striking the hour on a larger bell with pull-repeat for the hour, locking pendulum block

Condition Report:
1 winding key. 1 pendulum.
The clock works. It ticks and chimes. Last cleaned in 2008 according to a repairer’s label.
Please note there is a hinged side door to each side, opened by removing a pin located behind the front door.
The case has had some repairs and restoration.
