CONDITION REPORT

The clock is in very good original condition.  It is in going order, striking and ticking.  The movement appears well cared for.  It is clean and has been serviced recently.   The case has some marks and knocks consistent with age.  There has been some light refreshing to the ebonising in places.  Attractively, some areas of wear to high points showing the base wood.  The metal mounts retain their original unrestored surface, attractively tarnished, with some ware to gilding in places.  The verge appears to be original.  A fine clock.
