Probably Richard Webster, Change Alley, apprenticed in 1800, he became free in 1807 and was a liveryman 1810-1840. Perhaps related to William Webster, who had been established there from 1710 as a journeyman to Tompion.

This charming timepiece is in original untouched condition. The movement will require a service. The case is dirty and ‘dry’ so will require a wax. Slight chip to the dial fillet on bottom left
