The panel is sound and the canvas in good condition.  Minor paint shrinkage in the lower left corner, slight discolouration to varnish.  Ultraviolet light reveals retouching to the sky, island and water.  Held in a plaster gilt frame with cracked mitres, chips and losses to mouldings.
