the panel is made up of separate panels which are flat and unbowed but the joins are visible on the surface of the work in some areas; further, approximately 3-inch, crack off the upper, central border. Scattered surface abrasions to the paint surface; some evidence of infilling visible under ultraviolet. Held in a gilt and wood frame with scratches and losses.
