Some surface dirt.
A few very small minor black spots mot his collar.
Possibly a little retouching to upper right background where blue meets his hair, the blue appears to be a slightly different shade in a very small area, but difficult to tell whether this is retouching or not.
Generally, overall looks good.
Under glass and not examined out of frame.
