A comparable example was sold by Bonhams, London, 5 July 2024, lot 13. This panel, attributable to the Grand Dual Workshops, was considered originally part of larger table cabinet. The two portrait medallions also after Fra Bartolommeo’s fresco at the Santissima Annunziata, Florence, but possibly of a later date.
