Condition report:

Later backed.

Many areas with later stitching and repairs. Many areas of fading and wear, particularly along the bottom edge and bottom section and upper section . Please see extra photographs to illustrate areas of wear and later threading and stitching.

The panel looks to be cut down at the bottom and the top, where as the dark brown borders to the sides seem to be part of the woven area, although this seems unusual as the composition is truncated at either side.

Obviously fading and wear is commensurate with use and age. Please do contact us to answer any further questions.
