Condition report:
The map: some thinning areas, fading and discolouration. The most obvious area of repair/disrepair is around the bottom edge of Southern Ireland and also towards the East coast, Essex area. Dark discolouration coming in from the left hand side - as can be seen in the image. The top edge of frame with some old worm, and related loss to the top left corner.
The sampler: discolouration and fading there too, with a diagonal line of dark discolouration to the bottom right with other smaller patches.
