Condition report:
General inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
Some minor shrinkage to the doors with a minor gap at the top. The key doesn’t turn properly in the lock and is jamming. The other side of the door missing a catch to receive the lock. surfaces have been cleaned and polished, some repainting to the bottom edge of the moulding.
Missing a metal bracket to hang from the wall.
A replaced hinge.
