Condition report; slight overall wear, the corners of the stepped base are just starting to perforate. The screw down thread to the capital of on of the sides has gone, it will not screw down tightly. Overall rather dirty, some candlewax deposit, would benefit from careful professional cleaning, the arms are probably repaired where they meet the lower part of the central drop-in section
