Condition report: 

The top with some light warping which has been counteracted with braces to the underside, see images. 

Otherwise some light fading in areas, general inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age. Probably some of the veneers have been tidied up that might’ve been lifting.
