Condition report: 

The maker’s stamp / joiner’s mark is probably that of Taylor of Grantham. 

Overall in good condition; structurally quite solid with various resecuring repairs to legs and joints, see images of legs and joints, including the top of the bowed seat back. Some old worm holes evident in areas, as to be expected. 

The surfaces have been cleaned and polished at some point. 

General wear, rubbing and various weathering to some details. Otherwise inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
