TAXIDERMY; A CASED STUFFED KINGFISHER, TOGETHER WITH TWO PAIRS OF BOOKENDS (6)

The kingfisher later mounted and framed, 24 x 34.5cm; Together with a pair of patinated cast-iron owl bookends and a pair of carved marble horse head bookends, 14cm and 17.5cm high; And a large reading magnifying glass, 32cm long

Condition report: 

The kingfisher with some age, wear and discolouration, possibly originally under a dome. In a later glazed case and frame. 

The owl book ends each stamped 826 to the reverse. Some rubbing to the patination in areas but otherwise decorative. 

The Horses’ heads are probably Indian, Some minor scuffs, blemished and the odd mark. 

The magnifying lass with some ear and transiting commensurate with age but otherwise good.
