A REGENCY GILT FRAMED TRIPLE PLATE OVERMANTEL MIRROR

Condition report: 

There are numerous inevitable scuffs and small chips to the gilding to the frame overall, particularly to the edges and extremities, please see extra images. Some areas of gilt gesso of the palm tree like surface to the right side are cracked and fragile. 

Some shrinkage cracks to the joints.

The feet are associated. 

Please see images of the back, which has been reboarded at some point. 

The mirror plate is very dirty and dusty with various spots and marks and would obviously benefit from a clean. 

It is hard to say whether the plate is original, although it is not new.
