Condition report:
50cm from floor to seat.
Wear to edges - extremities such as the feet. One leg with a visible peg mark at the top, possibly resecured.
The chair is in solid order and decorative.
Leather with a few cracks and scuffs, but in relatively good order.
Of course the inevitable scuffs, scrathes, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
Swivel mechanism is in working order.
