Condition report:
Good overall condition, relatively sturdy and decorative.
There are the inevitable scuffs, scrathes, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age. Notably rubbing to gilt decoration, notably to the arms. Some areas of gilding have been refreshed.
Some joints to the arms are visible and opening, one chair with a slight movement to the chair under a little pressure.
Dust sheets to the undersides and one now removed to show the seat rails and sprung upholstery, which has been redone a some point.
Chairs are 20th Century, probably the earlier part of the century.
