The hump-back case with folding handle and push/repeat button, above bevelled glazed panel and solid sides, on bun feet, the arched silvered engine-turned dial, with Arabic chapters and signed to the centre reserve, with alarm subsidiary below, the twin train movement with silvered platform lever escapement, striking and repeating the hours and quarters on two blued steel gongs, signed and numbered to the backplate and with strike selector to the lower right-hand side; together with a leather covered arched top case with two folding doors, burgundy lined plush interior, with key recess, numbered to the underside 20228 in gilt
